Hence our name; Skiddaw View Holiday Park offers some of the most awe-inspiring views of the Lake District fells and given our hillside location, everyone can benefit from the wonderful views towards Skiddaw, Binsey and Bassenthwaite Lake. In addition our views extend around the entire holiday park and from the top of the park you are even able to take in the fantastic view across the Solway Firth towards Scotland.

Family Owned

Skiddaw View has been owned by the Carr family (Philip & Barbara) for more than thirty years and is home, as such they and all of the park staff take tremendous pride in offering a personal, friendly and tailored service for all of our customers. Find out more about our history at Skiddaw View.

Location

Skiddaw View is located in a rural spot, but is ideally situated near to the towns of Cockermouth and Keswick – handy enough to visit, but just far enough away to get away from all the hustle and bustle.
