What if I can't travel for my holiday?

In the event that following prevent you from taking your holiday, you will be offered a choice of alternate dates, a voucher to the value of any monies paid or a full refund. Those reasons preventing you from taking the holiday would include:

  • Tier change: should you have been able to travel at the time of booking, but a tier change prior to your holiday arrival mean that you are unable to now travel to your holiday.
  • Lockdown: should a full government imposed ‘lockdown’ prevent you from travelling to your holiday.
  • Closure of hospitality venues: should the government close holiday parks and accommodation providers, but you are still be able to travel.

Illness or required isolation

Should you (or other members of your party) be unable to travel and complete your booking due to illness or having to isolate, we would retain all monies paid. However, we would extend the offer of alternate dates or a voucher to use at a later date.

It is our hope that this update to our terms and conditions will give you confidence to book your self-catering holiday with us. See our full booking terms and conditons here.

Visit England - Coronavirus Good to Go Award

What we are doing...

We appreciate that this is a stressful and different time; as a result we will be taking additional steps to help ensure the park is as safe as it can be and we implore everyone who visits to respect and follow these rules and procedures. We are also fully compliant under the Visit England "We're Good To Go" scheme.

Some of the measures will include hand-sanitising stations in appropriate locations, one way walking systems, low-contact arrival and departure procedures and more.

Additionally, we will be taking further steps to help ensure all holiday rental homes will be cleaned and sanitised in a ‘Covid-safe’ way.

Please contact us if you have any concerns or queries.
