The Victory Parkview offers marble worktops, herringbone flooring and statement feature walls. A well-appointed utility ("muddy boot") room is a useful addition, and the separate dressing area adjacent to the master bedroom is stylish and practical. The Parkview has everything you could ever need - and everything you didn’t know you needed.
The Victory Parkview lounge is designed to help you relax and inspires a cosy, warm feeling - even on the chilliest of days, the lounge has comfortable fabric sofas, oak furniture, and feature fireplace. So you can sit back enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book, a games night with friends and family, or an undisturbed afternoon nap – the Parkview is sure to suit all your needs.
The fully fitted farmhouse style shaker kitchen in the Victory Parkview has a neutral colour scheme, herringbone flooring, marble-style worktops, a contemporary sink and a wealth of integrated appliances (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler). Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with oak table and leather chairs. Access to your private decking area via accessed via the French doors by the dining area.
The master bedroom with king-size ottoman lift up bed with upholstered headboard is a sanctuary, designed bright and light, yet a cosy and comfortable space to rest your head. The master bedroom has ample storage, freestanding bedside tables, dressing area with stool. Access from the bedroom is into the en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The family shower room also offers sleek, functional interior with high-quality fixtures and fittings that make getting ready for the day. The family shower room has shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. This shower room can also be accessed from the twin bedroom.
Main entrance into the Victory Parkview is via the utility/muddy boot room and equips you to handle any challenge - and it does it with style. Whether it’s muddy walking boots or a wet dog, the utility room with cupboards, sink and washer/dryer is the place to manage whatever your holiday throws at you.

Our luxury new development offers a full 12-month holiday season. This holiday lodge benefits from piped LPG gas and trace heated water pipes and all of the homes in this development are built to Residential (BS-3632) specification* to ensure your comfort whenever you visit. In addition, these lodges also feature upgraded decking with glazed front balustrade as well as your own router for internet connection.
At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.
In addition to the holiday home itself (with the specification as listed above) here is a rundown of what else we include for you in the price:
Delivery
Your holiday lodge will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.
Siting
Once arrived, your holiday lodge will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.
Connections
Once sited, your holiday lodge will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.
Decking
Your decking will provide a generous seating area with entrance way alongside the lodge – made from high quality, low maintenance composite boards and boast a stylish front glass balustrade allowing you to take in the view.
Piped Gas & Trace Heating
Your lodge will have a piped LPG gas connection and trace heated water pipes ensuring you can stay warm and cosy in your new holiday lodge the whole year round.
Television Aerial & Wi-Fi
Your lodge will be fitted with a high-gain digital television aerial as well as your own 4G router and antena to create your own dedicated Wi-Fi network (SIM required).

1. This holiday lodge is sold with a full 25-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The lodge can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for 2024/25 season (September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025) are approx. £5,465 and includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year (due in May) are approx. £350. 5. Electricity and piped LPG gas supplied on an individual metered basis.
