The welcoming, light and spacious lounge has been designed to create a space for everyone to enjoy. There’s plenty of room for entertaining, while also being intimate enough to enjoy a cosy weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life and experience some much-needed alone time. The Franklin’s angled windows are the first of their kind within our lodge collection. These unique windows create a completely unspoilt view for you to truly enjoy the great outdoors from the comfort of the Franklin’s lounge.

The kitchen is a true standout with every element carefully considered to make sure that both the novice and the experienced chefs want to spend time in the kitchen. The kitchen includes five burner gas hob, electric oven, branded integrated microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer plus a wine cooler! Moving through to the open plan dining space you’ll find a statement bifold window meaning you can truly bring the outdoors in whilst you dine, enjoying uninterrupted views of the landscape. Whether you’re seated on the stylish yet practical storage bench or one of the solid wood wishbone style dining chairs, you can dine in comfort. The Victory Franklin also features a utility room area with sink and integrated washer dryer.

The Franklin’s main shower room is both functional and fashionable. It’s packed with everything you need from a shower room - and more - whilst making a contemporary style statement. Adjoining the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom. This is your space to escape, relax and unwind in the full-sized double ended bath - a real luxurious touch to your master suite meaning you can relax in style. However you use your en-suite, we’ve designed a space that’s made for every type of holidaymaker. So whether you enjoy a long soak, candles and or exfoliating cleanse, the master bedroom’s en-suite can accommodate your needs.

This holiday lodge benefits from piped LPG gas and trace heated water pipes and all of the homes in this development are built to Residential (BS-3632) specification* to ensure your comfort whenever you visit. In addition, these lodges also feature upgraded decking with glazed front balustrade as well as your own router for internet connection.

At Skiddaw View we have no hidden charges for siting, connections and other essential tasks like other holiday parks. The price listed on all of our holiday homes is the price you will pay.

Your holiday lodge will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday lodge will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday lodge will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Your decking will provide a generous seating area with entrance way alongside the lodge – made from high quality, low maintenance composite boards and boast a stylish front glass balustrade allowing you to take in the view.

Information

1. This holiday lodge is sold with a full 25-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The lodge can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for 2024/25 season (September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025) are approx. £5,465 and includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year (due in May) are approx. £350. 5. Electricity and piped LPG gas supplied on an individual metered basis.
