Annual pitch fees for main 2024 season (March - December) are approx. £3,760 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £300. 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis. 6. Private sale holiday homes and lodges do not include any warranty, unless otherwise stated above.
