The ABI Ingleton is a fabulous holiday home with a fresh layout and designer detailing.

The ABI Ingleton lets you enjoy a space that’s chic and quite unique. The ABI Ingleton has an inviting entrance area which opens into the breakfast bar while touches of floral fabric adds oodles of cosy charm.

The open plan living area has large fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, and integrated appliances (microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher) plus adjected dining table with chairs, plus entrance coat hanging space, and breakfast bar. The lounge has two freestanding sofas, wall-mounted TV point, stylish electric flame effect fire, double sliding panoramic patio doors plus feature radiator.

The ABI Ingleton has two bedrooms (master double with King-sized bed, wardrobes and dressing table and twin bedroom and two shower rooms - the family shower room complete with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin, plus en-suite shower room from the master bedroom.

Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Holiday Home Decking

Decking

Your decking will be constructed giving you a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.

Gas Cylinders

Gas Cylinders

We will provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.

TV Aerial

Television & DAB Aerial

Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

1. This holiday home is sold with a full 20-year BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2021 season (March - December) are approx. £2,950 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £290. 5. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
