The open plan living area features freestanding sofas, coffee table, feature fireplace and TV unit. The ABI Windermere also has French doors from the front onto your decking area. The Shaker style kitchen is complete with composite sink, integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave as well as soft close doors and drawers as well as 40mm worktops.

The master bedroom features king-sized liftup storage bed, dressing table and en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe behind the bed. Both the master and twin bedrooms also include TV points.

Your holiday home will be collected from the manufacturer and delivered by the transport team ready for siting.

Holiday Home Siting

Siting

Once arrived, your holiday home will be sited and secured onto its pitch by an expert team, sometimes even using a crane.

Holiday Home Connections

Connections

Once sited, your holiday home will be checked over and its services connected (water, waste, electricity and gas), then it is fully tested to ensure everything is up and running for you with no problems.

Holiday Home Decking

Decking

Your decking will be constructed giving you the best use of space with a generous area for seating and an entranceway. In addition, your holiday home will be skirted, as well as being given two coats of stain.

We will also provide you with two 47kg gas cylinders plus an automatic cylinder changeover valve ensuring you will stay warm and cosy in your new home.

TV Aerial

Your holiday home will also be fit with a high gain digital television aerial which is also used for your DAB/Bluetooth sound system (where available).

1. This holiday home is sold with a full BH&HPA licence agreement in place. 2. The holiday home can be occupied for no more than 8 weeks at a time continuously. 3. Annual pitch fees for main 2021 season (March - December) are approx. £2,950 which includes: ground rent, waste & recycling, water and VAT. 4. Local rates for the year are approx. £280. 5. Winter use option also available extending the season through the full year. 6. Electricity and LPG gas supplied on an individual meter and cylinder basis.
